Michaela Coel a rejoint l’ensemble du casting de “Black Panther : Wakanda Forever”, la suite du film à succès de Marvel “Black Panther”.

L’actrice et créatrice a rallié l’équipe du réalisateur Ryan Coogler aux studios Pinewood d’Atlanta pour un rôle qui jusque-là demeure un secret bien gardé par la maison des idées.

Agée de 33 ans, Michaela Ewuraba Boakye-Collinson, plus connue sous le nom de Michaela Coel, est une actrice, scénariste, réalisatrice, productrice et chanteuse britannique. Elle s’est fait remarquer sur la scène cinématographique grâce à la série Chewing-Gum dans laquelle elle incarne une femme religieuse de 24 ans et récemment en 2020 avec la série “I May Destroy You” de HBO Max.

Si d’autres recrutements n’ont pas encore été annoncés, l’intervention de Coel, associée aux talents des acteurs du premier Black Panther, en l’occurrence Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke, Lupita Nyong’o, Florence Kasumba et Angela Bassett, promet un rendu spectaculaire pour “Black Panther : Wakanda Forever” dont la sortie est prévue pour le 08 Juillet 2022.

Michaela Coel has joined the cast of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, the sequel to Marvel’s hit film “Black Panther”.

The actress and creator has joined director Ryan Coogler’s team at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta for a role that until now has been a closely guarded secret.

Michaela Ewuraba Boakye-Collinson, better known as Michaela Coel, is a 33-year-old British actress, writer, director, producer and singer. She made her mark on the film scene with the series Chewing Gum in which she plays a 24-year-old religious woman and recently in 2020 with the HBO Max series “I May Destroy You”.

If other recruitments have not yet been announced, the intervention of Coel, combined with the talents of the actors of the first Black Panther, namely Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke, Lupita Nyong’o, Florence Kasumba and Angela Bassett, promises a spectacular rendering of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” which is scheduled for release on July 08, 2022.
